To explore the factors driving COVID-19 vaccine coverage and to determine the vaccination rates among PEH/PH residents in Ile-de-France and Marseille, France, a cross-sectional survey was conducted in late 2021. Participants, who were above 18, underwent personal interviews in their preferred language at their sleeping locations the night before, and these participants were then categorized into three housing groups: Streets, Accommodated, and Precariously Housed to be further analyzed. Using a standardized approach, vaccination rates were computed and juxtaposed with those of the French population.
